Two longstanding New Zealand informatics nurses – Lucy Westbrooke and Robyn Carr – have been elected as founding members of the International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics. The academy has been established by the Geneva-based International Medical Informatics Association as an honours society recognising expertise in biomedical and health informatics internationally.
