Wanganui-based nursing student Lizz Hudson is also building her skills in another type of theatre.
Hudson is studying for her Bachelor of Nursing degree at UCOL and is the busy mother of a four-year-old but also has a passion for drama. The Wanganui Midweek recently reported that the student also finds time to pursue her interest in the theatre including the practical sides of painting, hanging wallpaper and dressing the set.
She is currently performing the role of Norah Batty in Wanganui Repertory’s production of a stage production of the television comedy series The Last of the Summer Wine. The show opened at the weekend for a one week season.
