Nursing student’s anti-bullying work royally rewarded

Otago Polytechnic nursing student Ashleigh Smith is off to London to meet the Queen in honour of her work founding the youth-led anti-bullying group Sticks ’n Stones. She was one of 60 young people selected from around the Commonwealth for this year’s Queen’s Young Leader awards programme, which includes a residential programme at Cambridge and meeting the Queen.
